Since we at Active Value Advisors s.r.l. (hereinafter – “the company”) respect the privacy of our users in the websites we hosts and manages (hereinafter – “websites”), we decided to publicize our policies regarding protection of privacy in our websites – to which we commit to uphold. The goal of this policy is to explain the company’s treatment of users’ privacy in its websites and how we use the information, given us by the users or collected through usage of the websites

General
When using the services we provide in our websites we collect information about you. Some of the information recognizes you personally by name and/or ID number. This is information you willingly give, for example while filling the initial survey. Some of the information does not recognize you personally and is not saved along with your details. This is statistical and cumulative information. For example, pages visited, offers and services which you took interest in, the IP address you entered the site with, etc.
Privacy Policy towards the service ordering organization (hereinafter – “the customer”):
  1. Information regarding the customer and its employees, which is garnered by the company for diagnosis, analysis and presenting a report, are the property of the customer.
  2. The company deals with the contents of the survey as private and classified material. The company does not sell it or use it without specific consent from the customer and/or for legal circumstances.
  3. The company will save relevant information on its servers for its customers for future comparison in case of repeated diagnosis. However, the customer may request that any and all information be deleted and the company shall comply with that request as soon as the report is handed to the customer.
  4. The customer does not have to send its employees’ email addresses. In any case the customer decides to send said email addresses, the company shall use it only for purposes of the diagnosis and upon receiving the consent of the customer for doing so. No marketing material or any other material that isn’t directly related to the diagnosis shall be sent to the customer’s employees.
  5. Any request of the customer for making the aforementioned Privacy Policy stricter will be honored and applied by the company as much as possible.
Privacy Policy towards the employees of the service ordering organization (hereinafter – “the employees”):
  1. The company collects the employees’ answers for the purposes of diagnosis, analysis and presenting a report.
  2. The survey is not anonymous – its answers are open for the customer and its representatives.
  3. The company will save the employees’ names and answers on its servers for its customers for future comparison in case of repeated diagnosis. However, the customer may request that any and all information, pertaining to employees or the customer, be deleted and the company shall comply with that request as soon as the report is handed to the customer.
  4. The company obliges not to sell nor share the employees’ details and information with anyone else.
  5. Any request of the customer for making the aforementioned Privacy Policy stricter will be honored and applied by the company as much as possible.
Services signup
Personal information requested by the company while signing up for services or while purchasing goods contains only essential information needed to provide aforementioned services and goods.
Application of information
Application of collected information will only be done according to this privacy policy or in accordance with the law, in order to:
  • Allow usage of different services in our websites.
  • Improve and enrich the services and contents offered in our websites.
  • Change or nullify existing services and contents.
  • Purchase goods and services in our websites, including knowledge publications and contents.
  • To fit the ads shown while visiting our websites to your areas of interest.
The information used by the company will be mainly statistical information that does not allow personal identification of users.
Electronic direct marketing
The company will not send you letters and/or mails and/or emails in direct marketing. The company will not give your private details to advertisers.
Sharing information with third parties
The company will not share your personal information and information about your activity in our websites with third parties, aside from the following events:
  • Legal dispute between you and the company which will require revealing said information.
  • The practice of illegal activities within our websites.
  • Upon receiving an injunction that forces us to reveal your personal information to a third party.
  • Selling or transferring the websites to a different organization or by merging with another organization or merging the activity of the websites with the activity of a third party, only in the event that said organization takes this privacy policy commitment upon himself.
Cookies
The company’s websites use Cookies in order to allow for proper and ongoing operation, including gathering statistical data over usage of the websites, verify details, fit the websites to your preferences and for information safeguard measures.

Security
The company implements in its websites different systems and procedures to ensure data protection. While said systems and procedures reduce the risk of unauthorized infiltration, they do not guarantee total security.
Therefore, the company cannot not oblige its servers to be totally secure from unauthorized infiltration to the data stored in it. The entire communication with the websites is based on a secure SSL protocol.
